Driscoll & Driscoll, P.C. presently provides legal representation to a number of housing authorities in Massachusetts. The housing authorities we represent include Braintree, Brookline, Chelmsford, Hanson, Needham, Saugus, Somerville, Watertown, Wellesley and Woburn. Our office provides legal representation to more public housing authorities than any other attorney or law firm in the Commonwealth.
As attorneys who limit their law practice to the representation of local housing authorities, we have experience with and knowledge of state and federal public housing program regulations, policies, and procedures. We have extensive experience working on public housing matters, as well as matters concerning the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program. In addition, we have represented clients in a number of Superior Courts in Massachusetts and have also practiced in many Massachusetts District and Housing Courts.
We will provide a consistent high-level of legal service to your Authority. Having served as executive director of a housing authority, I am cognizant of the issues and concerns your Executive Director will encounter on a day-to-day basis, as well as those of your Board of Commissioners, professional staff, residents and Section 8 Program participants.
Our experience provides us with the ability and knowledge to effectively provide legal services in a cost effective manner. Because of our direct experience with public housing and the nature of our law practice, we spend a minimal amount of billable hours researching matters. This results directly in a reduction of legal fees charged to our clients.
